Established in 1998, Frostees has grown to its current position as one of the largest Automobile Dealership Group in Eastern India. Frostees has strength of 600 employees with a turnover of close to 500 crores per annum. It has a diversified business portfolio comprising of Automobile Dealerships, Spare Part Distributorships, Fast food restaurants, Education & Skill Development. The group has been a torch bearer in the Auto sector during past 18 years. Frostees ventured into imparting education and Skill Development since 2008. It is envisioned as an integrated Technical, IT and Vocational Training and development Institute addressing the entire spectrum of employability needs in India in the technical sphere. We also provide vocational training courses for BTech and Diploma Engineering students in the field of Mechanical, IT, Electrical and Electronics. Frostees also provide Employment Linked Skilled Development program under Central and State Government in PAN India. Till date we have trained more than 1 lakh students and placed more that 70% students in different industries.

Skill Training For Employment

India has a literacy rate of around 70%, which is less than some of the least developed countries, and when it comes to employability, only 20% of them are employable. Literacy is not just restricted to education but even broadens to the concept of skills, which comprises technical expertise, vocational skills, transferrable skills, digital skills, and other such knowledge and abilities required for employment and livelihood. According to a survey, only 25% of the Indian workforce has undergone a skill development program, and India needs a higher number of skilled workforce.

Skills training is designed to provide employees with the targeted training they need to gain the knowledge and abilities necessary to fulfill the specific requirements of their job positions. Skills training can also be used to re-educate and retrain employees whenever new technology, processes or systems debut. It is essential because one's skills determine their ability to execute their plans with success. In today's world, lack of proper education and training restricts people from the opportunities for self-advancement by limiting their access to well-paid employment

Central Government Projects

Different Ministries of Central Government like Ministry Of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Ministry Of Rural Development, Ministry Of Minority Affairs (MOMA) and others coordinates all skill development efforts across the country, bridging the gap between demand and supply of skilled manpower, building vocational and technical training frameworks, upgrading skills, not only for existing jobs, but also created Is also responsible for creating new skills and innovative thinking for the jobs to be done. The objective of the Central Government is to make it efficient on a large scale with speed and high standards to achieve the vision of 'Skilled India'.
The main objective of the Skill India programme is to provide adequate training in market-relevant skills to over 40 crore youth by 2022. It also aims to create opportunities for the development of talent within the country and improve the overall scope and space for underdeveloped sectors.
To support it in these initiatives, it has functional sections - Directorate General of Training (DGT), National Skill Development Agency (NSDA), National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), National Skill Development Fund ( NSDF) and 38 Sector Skills Councils (SSCs) as well as National Skills Training Institutes [NSTI / NSTI (Women)], Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) under DGT and training partners with NSDC are registered. The Ministry has also intended to work with the existing network of skill development centers, universities and other alliances in the region. In addition, multi-tiered engagement with the respective central ministries, state governments, international organizations, industry and non-governmental organizations and cooperation for more effective implementation of skill development efforts have been initiated.

The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) announced the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) Antyodaya Diwas, on 25th September 2014. DDU-GKY is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the career aspirations of rural youth. DDU-GKY is uniquely focused on rural youth between the ages of 15 and 35 years from poor families. As a part of the Skill India campaign, it plays an instrumental role in supporting the social and economic programs of the government like the Make In India, Digital India, Smart Cities and Start-Up India, Stand-Up India campaigns. Over 180 million or 69% of the country’s youth population between the ages of 18 and 34 years, live in its rural areas. Of these, the bottom of the pyramid youth from poor families with no or marginal employment number about 55 million. DDU-GKY is present in 28 States and UTs, across 689 districts, impacting youth from over 7,426 blocks. It currently has over 1,575 projects being implemented by over 717 partners, in more than 502 trades from 50 industry sectors. Over 9.9 Lakh candidates have been trained and over 5.3 Lakh candidates have been placed in jobs as on 1st April, 2020. From 2012, DDU-GKY has so far committed an investment of more than INR 5,600 Crores, impacting rural youth pan-India.


Employment Linked Skill Training and Placement under Din Dayal Upadhyay Grameenn Kaushalya Yojana (DDUGKY) scheme under Ministry Of Rural Development (MORD)


We, Frostees India Pvt. Ltd., are doing DDU-GKY Projects in Meghalaya, Assam, Jharkhand, Orissa, Kerala and Uttar Pradesh. In DDU-GKY, we provide training in different sectors like Automotive, Plumbing, Apparel, Tourism & Hospitality, Capital Goods, IT-ITes and Healthcare sector. We have trained till date approx 5500 students and placed more than 3900 students.

Our Presence

This project is under the Ministry Of Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation (MHUPA).The Employment through Skills Training & Placement (EST&P) Component under NULM is designed to provide skills to the unskilled urban poor as well as to upgrade their existing skills. The program provides for skill training of the urban poor to enable them setting up self-employment ventures and for salaried jobs in the private sector.


Employment Through Skill Training and Placement Programme under National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM)


West Bengal NULM - We have been already empanelled under West Bengal NULM (SUDA) in Automotive, Hospitality, Retail. We have trained more than 1500 students and placed more than 70% students till date.


Jharkhand NULM - We have been already empanelled under Jharkhand NULM in Automotive, Hospitality, Electrical, Electronics and Capital Goods. We have trained more than 3000 students and placed more than 2000 students till date.


ASSAM NULMWe are doing Assam NULM for Automotive sectors. We have trained more than 1500 students and placed more than 900 students till date.



Our Presence

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana is under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, which aims to offer 10 million Indian youth meaningful, industry relevant, skill based training. Under this scheme, the trainees will be offered a financial reward and a government certification on  successful completion of training and assessment, which will help them in securing a job for a better future. The scheme is implemented through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).


This project operates in two mode

  • Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana - Centrally Sponsored Centrally Managed (PMKVY - CSCM)
  • Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana - Centrally Sponsored State Managed (PMKVY - CSSM)

Employment through Skill Training and Placement Programme under Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS)


We have been empanelled under JSDMS. Under this we are doing CSSM PMKVY ( Central Sponsored State Managed Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojna ).


Employment linked Skill Training and Placement Programme under Kerala Academy For Skill Excellence (KASE)


We are empanelled partner under Kerala Academy For Skill Excellence (KASE). Under this we are doing CSSM PMKVY ( Central Sponsored State Managed Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojna )



Our Presence

We have been empanelled under Ministry Of Defence (MOD). The Defence Ministry and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)  signed an MoU for supporting skill development of ex-servicemen and for those who are about to retire. This Skill training provide impetus to using the skills of servicemen for the country when they retire from the Armed Forces.
The ex-servicemen will also take to civilian life some rare skills which they acquire during their service life.
